Account Settings and Management

Accessing Settings

Click "Settings" in the sidebar to access your account management page.

Account Information

Profile Details

View/Edit Profile: - Email address (used for login) - Account creation date - Account type - User ID (for support reference)

Update Email: 1. Emails can not be updated at the moment. we plan to add this feature in the future

Password Management

Change Password: 1. Go to Settings → Security 2. Click "Change Password" 3. Enter current password 4. Enter new password (min 8 characters) 5. Confirm new password 6. Save changes

Password Requirements: - Minimum 8 characters - Mix of letters and numbers recommended - Special characters allowed - Case sensitive

Forgot Password: 1. Click "Forgot Password" on login page 2. Enter your email 3. Check email for reset link 4. Click link (valid for 1 hour) 5. Set new password 6. Log in with new password

Preferences

Video Creation Defaults

Save Your Preferences: - Favorite voice - Preferred aspect ratio - Caption styling - Music preferences - Font family

How It Works: - Settings automatically saved from previous creation - Applied to new videos - Can override per video - Speeds up creation process

Notification Settings

Email Notifications: - Video completion alerts - Account updates - Marketing emails (optional)

In-App Notifications: - Real-time progress updates - Error alerts - Feature announcements - Tips and tricks

Manage Notifications: 1. Go to Settings → Notifications 2. Save preferences 3.Changes apply immediately

Theme Preferences

Dark Mode: - Toggle in sidebar - Saves automatically - Applies across all pages - Easier on eyes in low light

Light Mode: - Default theme - Better for bright environments - Classic look

Privacy Settings

Data Privacy

Your Data: - Videos stored securely - Prompts saved for history - Personal info encrypted - GDPR compliant

Data Usage: - Used to improve service - Never sold to third parties - Anonymized for analytics - You control your data

Data Export: 1. Request data export in Settings 2. Receive download link via email 3. Includes all videos and prompts 4. JSON format for easy parsing

Data Deletion: - Delete individual videos anytime - Request full account deletion. Warning all your data and credits will be deleted you will not be able to get this back!

Privacy Controls

Profile Visibility: - Private - Share videos selectively using share link - Manage shared links

Asset Library

The Asset Library stores all images, videos, and audio files generated during your video creation. Access it from Settings → Asset Library tab.

Accessing Your Assets

  1. Click "Settings" in the sidebar
  2. Click the "Asset Library" tab at the top
  3. Browse your generated assets

Filtering Assets

By Type: - All: Shows all asset types - Images: AI-generated images, thumbnails, last frames - Videos: Generated video clips - Audio: Narration audio, sound effects

By Date: - Use the date range filters to find assets from specific periods - Set start date and/or end date - Useful for finding assets from a particular project

Asset Grid

  • Assets displayed as thumbnails in a grid
  • Shows asset count ("Showing X assets")
  • Click "Load More" to see additional assets
  • Hover over assets to see details

Downloading Assets

  1. Find the asset you want
  2. Click on the asset to select it
  3. Click the download button
  4. Asset saves to your device

Supported Formats: - Images: PNG format - Videos: MP4 format - Audio: MP3 format

Asset Tips

  • Assets are stored securely in the cloud
  • No storage limits on your account
  • Assets remain available indefinitely
  • Use assets in other projects or for social media

Billing and Transaction History

Accessing Billing History

  1. Go to Settings
  2. In the Credits card, click "View History"
  3. View your complete transaction history

Billing Dashboard

The billing history page shows:

Summary Cards: - Total Purchases: Number of credit purchases made - Total Credits Added: Sum of all credits purchased

Transaction Table: - Date and time of each purchase - Credits added per transaction - Payment status (Completed, Pending, etc.) - Receipt link for each purchase

Downloading Transaction History

  1. Click "Export CSV" button on the billing page
  2. CSV file downloads with all transactions
  3. Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app
  4. Includes dates, amounts, and transaction IDs

Receipts

  • Click "View Receipt" next to any transaction
  • Opens Stripe receipt in new tab
  • Download or print for your records
  • Includes payment method and billing details

Credit Management

Current Balance

Viewing Credits: - Displayed in Settings page (Credits card) - Also shown in the Editor top bar - Updates in real-time after purchases or usage

Purchasing Credits: 1. Click "Buy More Credits" in Settings 2. Or click the credits display in the Editor 3. Choose a credit package 4. Complete payment via Stripe 5. Credits added instantly

Credit Usage

Credits are used for: - Creating new videos (varies by type) - Regenerating images (after free tier) - Regenerating videos - Premium features

Free Tier: - First 3 image regenerations per scene are free - After that, each regeneration costs credits

Payment Methods

Accepted Payments: - Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) - Processed securely by Stripe - No card details stored on our servers

Payment Security: - All payments encrypted - PCI-DSS compliant - Secure checkout process

Account Deletion

Permanent Deletion

Delete Account: - Permanent action - Cannot be undone - All data deleted - Credits forfeited

Before Deleting: - Download your videos - Export data - Cancel subscriptions - Use remaining credits

Deletion Process: 1. Go to Settings → Account 2. Click "Delete Account" 3. Enter password 4. Confirm deletion

Troubleshooting Settings Issues

Can't Access Settings

  • Clear browser cache
  • Try different browser
  • Check internet connection
  • Log out and log back in

Changes Not Saving

  • Ensure stable internet
  • Don't navigate away quickly
  • Look for save confirmation
  • Try again after refresh

Email Not Updating

  • Verify new email
  • Check spam folder
  • Ensure email not already used
  • Contact support if stuck

Password Reset Not Working

  • Check spam folder
  • Link expires after 1 hour
  • Request new link
  • Contact support if needed
