Managing Your Video Library
Accessing Your Library
Click "Library" in the sidebar to view all your created videos. The library shows: - Video thumbnails with preview - Creation date - Video type (AI Video, Stock Video, etc.) - Status (Complete, Processing, Error)
Library Features
Viewing Videos
Grid View: - Videos displayed as cards with thumbnails - Hover over thumbnail to see video preview - Click any card to open full video player
Video Details: When you click a video, you'll see: - Full video player with controls - Video title (if set) - Creation date and last modified - Original prompt - Social media tags (if generated) - Video specifications (resolution, aspect ratio)
Video Actions
Download Video: 1. Click on a video to open it 2. Click the "Download" button 3. Video saves to your device 4. Use for uploading to social media platforms
Share Video: 1. Open the video 2. Click "Share" button 3. Get shareable link 4. Share on social media or with others
Edit Video: 1. Click "Edit" button on any video 2. Modify scenes, text, or audio 3. Regenerate specific scenes if needed 4. Save changes
Delete Video: 1. Open the video 2. Click "Delete" button 3. Confirm deletion 4. Video is permanently removed (cannot be undone)
Filtering and Sorting
Filter by Type: - All Types - AI Video - Stock Video - AI Video Pro
Filter by Product: - Stock Video Reel - AI Video Reel - AI Video Pro Reel
Items Per Page: - Choose 10, 20, or 50 videos per page - Useful for managing large libraries
Pagination: - Navigate through pages if you have many videos - Page numbers shown at bottom
Video Status Indicators
Complete (Green)
- Video is ready to download and share
- All processing finished successfully
- Can be edited or regenerated
Processing (Blue)
- Video is being created
- Shows current step (e.g., "Generating scene 2 of 5")
- Wait for completion before downloading
Error (Red)
- Something went wrong during creation
- Click to see error details
- Contact support if issue persists
- Credits are typically refunded for failed videos
Editing Existing Videos
Scene-Level Editing
Edit Scene Text: 1. Open video in edit mode 2. Click on a scene 3. Modify the text/narration 4. Click "Update Audio" to regenerate with new text 5. Changes save automatically
Change Scene Voice: 1. In edit mode, select a scene 2. Click "Change" next to current voice 3. Choose new voice from modal 4. Click "Update Audio" to apply
Regenerate Scene: 1. Select problematic scene 2. Click "Regenerate Scene" 3. AI creates new version 4. Choose to keep or discard
Video-Level Editing
Regenerate Entire Video: 1. Click "Regenerate Video" button 2. Adjust settings if desired: - Change voice - Modify captions - Update music - Adjust aspect ratio 3. Confirm regeneration 4. New version created (original preserved)
Update Title: 1. Click "Edit Title" button 2. Enter new title or generate AI title 3. Save changes 4. Title updates across library
Organizing Your Library
Best Practices
Naming Videos: - Use descriptive titles - Include platform or purpose - Add dates for time-sensitive content - Example: "TikTok - Motivation - Jan 2025"
Regular Cleanup: - Delete test videos - Remove outdated content - Keep library organized - Archive old campaigns
Version Control: - Keep original when regenerating - Compare versions before deleting - Note which version performed best
Downloading and Using Videos
Download Options
Single Video: - Click video → Download button - MP4 format, ready to upload - Maintains quality and aspect ratio
Bulk Download: - Currently: Download videos individually - Coming soon: Bulk download feature

Video Format: MP4 (H.264) Audio: AAC, stereo Quality: 1080p (varies by aspect ratio) File Size: Typically 5-20MB depending on length

TikTok: - Use 9:16 videos - Upload directly from phone or desktop - Add hashtags when posting - Use trending sounds if applicable
Instagram Reels: - Use 9:16 videos - Upload via Instagram app or desktop - Add location and hashtags - Post during peak engagement times
YouTube Shorts: - Use 9:16 videos - Upload via YouTube Studio - Add #Shorts to title or description - Create engaging thumbnail
YouTube (Regular): - Use 16:9 videos - Upload via YouTube Studio - Add detailed description - Include relevant tags
Troubleshooting Library Issues
Videos Not Loading
- Refresh the page
- Clear browser cache
- Check internet connection
- Try different browser
Thumbnail Not Showing
- Video may still be processing
- Refresh after a few minutes
- Contact support if persists
Download Failing
- Check available storage space
- Try different browser
- Disable browser extensions
- Contact support with video ID
Can't Find Video
- Check filters (might be filtered out)
- Use search if available
- Check pagination (might be on another page)
- Verify it wasn't accidentally deleted
Storage and Limits
Video Storage: - All videos stored securely in cloud - No storage limits on account - Videos accessible anytime - Automatic backups maintained
Library Size: - No limit on number of videos - Pagination helps manage large libraries - Older videos remain accessible
Data Retention: - Videos stored indefinitely - Delete manually if needed - Deleted videos cannot be recovered
Using the Video Editor
The Video Editor is a powerful tool for fine-tuning your videos after creation. Access it by clicking the "Edit" button on any video in your library.
Editor Layout
The editor has five main areas:
- Top Bar - Navigation, undo/redo, save status, credits, and export
- Browser Panel (left) - Scene thumbnails and media browser
- Preview Player (center) - Live preview of your video
- Inspector Panel (right) - Edit settings for selected scene
- Timeline (bottom) - Scene ordering and timing
Top Bar Features
Navigation: - Back arrow returns to your Library - Story title displayed (click to edit)
Undo/Redo: - Undo up to 30 previous actions - Redo actions you've undone - Reset button restores to last saved server version
Auto-Save: - Your work saves automatically every 2 seconds - Look for "Saved" indicator (green checkmark) - "Saving..." appears during save (amber spinner)
Credits Display: - Shows your current credit balance - Click to open the Top Up modal and purchase more credits
Theme Toggle: - Switch between Dark Mode and Light Mode - Your preference is saved automatically
Export Button: - Renders your final video for download - See "Exporting Your Video" section below
Working with Scenes
Add New Scene: 1. Click the "+" button or "Add Scene" in the timeline 2. The AI suggests what should come next based on your story 3. Enter script text, choose voice, and set image/video prompts 4. Choose between AI-generated image or AI video 5. Click "Create Scene"
Reorder Scenes: - Drag and drop scenes in the timeline - Or use the up/down arrows in the scene panel - Order saves automatically
Duplicate Scene: - Click the duplicate icon on any scene - Creates an exact copy you can modify - Useful for variations or similar content
Delete Scene: - Click the trash icon on a scene - Confirm deletion (cannot be undone)
Scene Limit: - Maximum 30 scenes per story - Delete scenes to add new ones if at limit
Editing Scene Content
Script/Narration: 1. Select a scene in the timeline 2. Edit the script text in the Inspector Panel 3. Click "Update Audio" to regenerate narration 4. New audio is generated with your chosen voice
Voice Settings: - Click "Change Voice" to select a different voice - Adjust voice volume with the slider - Apply voice to all scenes with "Apply to All" option
Image Prompt: - Edit the AI image prompt to change the visual - Click "Regenerate Image" to create a new image - Choose from different image styles (Realistic, Anime, etc.) - First 3 regenerations per scene are free, then costs credits
Video Prompt (AI Video scenes): - Edit the video motion prompt - Choose quality: Standard or Premium - Premium uses more credits but has better quality - Click "Regenerate Video" to create new video
Sound Effects: - Toggle sound effects on/off per scene - AI automatically generates contextual sounds - Adjust volume with the slider
Captions & Text Overlays
Caption Settings: - Enable/disable captions for the entire video - Font family: Choose from 20+ fonts - Font size: Adjust for readability - Color: Pick caption text color - Highlight color: Color for emphasized words - Position: Top, center, or bottom of screen - Style options: Bold, ALL CAPS - Max words per line: Control line breaks
Text Overlays: - Add custom text that appears at specific times - Set start time and duration - Customize font, size, color, and position - Great for titles, calls-to-action, or annotations
Background Music
Adding Music: 1. Go to the Audio tab in Inspector Panel 2. Browse music categories (Upbeat, Calm, Epic, etc.) 3. Click play icon to preview tracks 4. Click a track to select it 5. Adjust volume with the slider
Music Controls: - Volume slider balances music with narration - Toggle music on/off without losing selection - Music loops automatically if video is longer
Exporting Your Video
To Export: 1. Click the "Export" button in the Top Bar 2. Wait for rendering to complete (progress shown) 3. Click "Download" when ready 4. Video saves as MP4 to your device
Export Tips: - Ensure all scenes are complete (no "Processing" status) - Preview your video before exporting - Export may take 1-3 minutes depending on length
Editor Keyboard Shortcuts
- Ctrl/Cmd + Z: Undo
- Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Z: Redo
- Space: Play/Pause preview
- Left/Right Arrow: Navigate between scenes
Troubleshooting the Editor
Changes Not Saving: - Check your internet connection - Look for the "Saved" indicator - Refresh the page if stuck
Preview Not Playing: - Ensure scene has completed processing - Check if video/audio URLs are valid - Try refreshing the page
Scene Stuck on "Processing": - Wait a few minutes for generation to complete - If stuck for 10+ minutes, try regenerating - Contact support if issue persists
Undo Not Working: - Undo history is limited to 30 steps - Some actions (like delete) may not be undoable - Use "Reset" to restore to server version
