Step-by-Step Video Creation
Step 1: Choose Story Type
Select from various content types: - Motivational: Inspiring content - Educational: Teaching and tutorials - Story: Narrative-driven content - Product Review: Product showcases - News: Current events and updates - Entertainment: Fun and engaging content
Each type has optimized prompts and settings.
Step 2: Write Your Prompt
Good Prompt Examples: - "Create a motivational video about overcoming challenges in entrepreneurship" - "Explain the benefits of meditation for beginners in 5 simple points" - "Tell a story about a young inventor who creates a time machine"
Tips for Better Prompts: - Be specific about your topic - Mention the target audience if relevant - Include key points you want covered - Specify the tone (serious, funny, inspirational) - Keep it concise but descriptive
Step 3: Select Voice
Choose from multiple AI voices: - Male voices: Various accents and tones - Female voices: Different styles and personalities - Preview: Click play to hear voice samples - Match content: Choose a voice that fits your video's mood
Step 4: Choose Aspect Ratio
- 9:16 (Portrait): TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- 16:9 (Landscape): YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn
Step 5: Configure Captions
Caption Settings: - Font Family: Choose from 20+ fonts - Font Size: Adjust for readability - Max Words Per Line: Control caption length - Caption Color: Match your brand - Text Outline: Add contrast for visibility - Position: Top, center, or bottom - Styling: Bold, ALL CAPS options
Caption Best Practices: - Use high contrast colors (white text with black outline) - Keep 2-3 words per line for easy reading - Position at bottom or center for most platforms - Enable bold for better visibility
Step 6: Background Music (Optional)
- Enable: Toggle background music on/off
- Category: Choose genre (Upbeat, Calm, Epic, etc.)
- Track: Select specific song
- Volume: Automatically balanced with narration
Step 7: AI Sound Effects (AI Video Only)
- Enable: Add contextual sound effects
- Automatic: AI determines appropriate sounds for each scene
- Enhancement: Adds immersion and engagement
Step 8: Review and Create
- Review all settings in the summary
- Check credit cost (shown as credits per scene × number of scenes)
- Click "Create Video"
- Monitor progress in the popup
Using the Editor (New)
After your video is created, you can make changes without starting over.
Scene-by-Scene Editing
- Open a video from your Library and click Edit.
- Select a scene to update:
- Script / narration text
- Visual prompt or stock selection
- Voice (scene-level or apply across scenes)
- Use the scene actions (for example, Update Audio or Regenerate Scene) to apply changes.
Regenerating vs. Recreating
- Regenerating a single scene is usually the fastest way to fix one part of a video.
- If you want to change global settings (voice, captions, aspect ratio, music), use video-level regeneration.
Note: certain editor actions may consume credits. The UI will show the cost before you confirm.
