What Are Credits?
Credits are the currency used in Peasant AI to create videos. Each video creation consumes a certain number of credits based on: - Video type (AI Video, AI Video Pro, Stock Video) - Additional features enabled

Standard AI Video: - Base cost: 30 credits AI Video Pro: - Base cost: 60 credits Stock Video: - Base cost: 10 credits
Additional Features: - Background music: Included - AI sound effects: Included - Captions: Included - All features included in base price
Checking Your Balance
View Credits: 1. Look at top-right corner of any page 2. Credit bubble shows current balance 3. Click bubble to purchase more credits
Credit History: - View in Settings page - See all credit purchases - Track credit usage - Download receipts

Credit Usage
When Credits Are Deducted
Immediate Deduction: - Credits deducted when you click "Create Video" - Ensures fair usage - Prevents abuse
Failed Videos: - Credits automatically refunded if video fails - Check credit history for refunds - Contact support if refund not received
Cancelled Videos: - Cannot cancel once submitted - Credits already deducted - Plan carefully before creating

Credit Expiration

Billing and Invoices
Payment History
Access History: 1. Go to Settings page 2. Click "Payment History" tab 3. View all transactions 4. Download invoices
Information Shown: - Date of purchase - Amount paid - Credits received - Payment method (last 4 digits) - Transaction ID
Invoices and Receipts
Automatic Receipts: - Emailed immediately after purchase - Includes all transaction details - PDF format - Suitable for expense reports
Download Invoices: - Available in Settings → Payment History - Click "Download Invoice" on any transaction - Includes company details if provided - Tax information included
Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund: - Technical issues preventing video creation - Duplicate charges - Unauthorized transactions
Not Eligible: - Credits already used - After 30 days - Dissatisfaction with video quality (use edit feature instead)
Request Refund: 1. Contact support via chat or email 2. Provide transaction ID 3. Explain reason for refund 4. Processed within 1-7 business days

Troubleshooting Billing Issues
